Merchandise Availability

All items listed on our website are in stock and available for purchase. However, on occasion an item you order may not be available due to high demand or a discrepancy in our inventory. You will be notified quickly of any backorders or delays. We will not leave you waiting and wondering what happened to your order. Your account will never be charged until an item is shipped.

Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return all merchandise within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued in the manner as the order was paid (shipping charges are non-refundable). To insure credit, the returned item must be UNWORN, in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, in ORIGINAL BOXES with all parts and accessories, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please do not place tape or shipping labels on the shoe box. Please use the original or other suitable carton.

Please be sure to indicate the reason on the Return/Exchange form. For your protection, we advise that you ship with a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number for your package. There will be a $10 fee deducted from your refund for any refused package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please call 704.338.1400 with any questions or concerns.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE UPS ground shipping within the United States for all orders.

Delivery

Sloan ships domestic orders exclusively via UPS. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day. Depending on where you are located in the United States, expect delivery time to take an additional 1-5 business days. Our goal is for you to be satisfied, so we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. UPS delivers packages Monday through Friday.

Rush Delivery

We also offer Next Day Air and Second Day Air service. Second day air service will cost $25.00 and the UPS overnight shipping charge will cost $50.00. If you order before 2pm EST, your package will be mailed out the same day. If you order after 2pm EST, the package will be shipped on the next business day.
